These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bduu platform and its services. By accessing bduu's website or any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

- Opening an account in someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited.
Account Use & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your bduu account secure. Keep your login credentials private and do not share them with any third party.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the bduu support team immediately.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network is prohibited.
- Transferring, selling, or renting your account is strictly prohibited.
- Betting using funds from a third party is not permitted.
- The email address associated with your account must be active and belong to you.
- bduu may initiate an identity verification process at any time.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Deposit Terms
Accepted payment methods for depositing funds at bduu are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
- Only use a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned.
- Once a deposit is completed successfully, it will be credited to your account instantly.
Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings:
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be placed on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be blocked if active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
bduu offers new players a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example — deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,000 bonus, total balance ৳2,000; or deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, total ৳17,000.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must meet specific wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. bduu's wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount.
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- Wagering must be completed within a set time limit after receiving the bonus.
- A maximum bet limit may apply when playing with a bonus balance.
- bduu reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of unusual betting patterns.
- Bonuses are for use in your bduu account only — they cannot be converted to cash.
VIP Program Terms
bduu's VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
VIP tier progression depends on your regular and active participation on the platform. bduu reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms at any time.
Betting & Gaming Rules
General Gaming Rules
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If a bet is not completed due to a technical error, bduu may declare it void.
- bduu reserves the right to investigate if suspicious irregularities are detected in any game result.
- Winnings resulting from a software error or bug from a game provider may be voided.
- Bets will be refunded for any game sessions in progress during system downtime.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Placing low-risk bets strategically to exploit bonuses.
- Placing two opposing bets simultaneously (arbitrage betting).
- Using any software or script to place automated bets.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.

- bduu gives players the ability to set their own deposit and loss limits.
- The self-exclusion feature allows you to temporarily close your account for a set period at any time.

Account Closure & Suspension

- Failure to complete identity verification.
- Using another person's identity.
Account Closure by the User
You may request to close your bduu account at any time. Before closing your account, please ensure:
- All active bets have been settled.
- Any available balance has been withdrawn (minimum withdrawal ৳800).
- You are aware of any active bonus wagering requirements.
Limitation of Liability
bduu makes every effort to provide its platform safely, reliably, and without interruption. However, bduu will not be held liable in the following situations:
- If a bet is lost due to internet disconnection or a device issue.
- If the service is disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives).
- Due to technical faults in third-party game software.
- If an account is compromised due to the user's own negligence in protecting their information or login credentials.
- Due to delays or errors on third-party payment platforms.
